Our open door management policy is in place to support and encourage all employees to voice their suggestions, grievances or disputes to the company. Safety Clean Space Australia provides a safe and hazardous free workplace environment that complies with all applicable Australian Occupational Health and Safety legislation. It is our company policy to undertake our own safety risk assessments, maintain appropriate project safety management plans, provide hazardous substance registers and material safety data sheets. We ensure that all our managers and site supervisors undertake appropriate first aid and safety training. In addition, we make sure that all tools and equipment are in good working order, are of a high standard and are suitable for the job at hand. Environmental Clean Space Australia will take all measures to ensure that cleaning services under our control are carried out in a way that will meet and exceed all relevant Australian Environmental legislation and regulations. It is our company policy to provide environmental protection through specific site environmental management plans and ongoing staff training on appropriate conservation, recycling, and appropriate waste disposal measures. We have a moral obligation not only to our customers but also to future generations to ensure that urban property and the environment is protected. Clean Space Australia is proud to be a supporter of Green Fleet, a not-for-profit organisation which plants trees on your behalf in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. To identify our staff in your premises we provide them with uniforms and photo ID. It is our company policy to keep doors locked (as specified by the customer) and take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of provided access cards, codes and keys. Confidentiality The nature of our business means we maybe exposed to customer information that is sensitive or confidential. It is our policy to keep all customer and company information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties under any circumstances. Our staff on request can undergo police checks and are trained on their legal responsibilities in relation to sensitive information that may be held at our customers premises. Any site specific confidentiality agreements can be agreed and attached to the cleaning contract.
